1. 1. I think that the best rap artists right now are the ones that keep it street and real, and make it an art and use messages in songs. Thats the diffrence between hip hop and rap. So artists I would say would be TI, Rick Ross, Young Jeezy, Nas, Jay-Z, Ludacris, Clipse, Emine, etc.... 2. Best rap songs of all time? Im still pretty young but I would say Changes - Tupac, Lose Yourself - Eminem, One mic - Nas, Dear Mama - Tupac, Crossroads - Bone Thugs... All the classics
