How can rap artists in the United States be brought to heel to ethics and legal standard of the US Government?

1. You want them to steal from the poor and give to big oil and military corporations??? I hope rap artists don't start illegal wire taps!
2. We could do to them what they "sing" about (rape, murder, steal) and see how they like it.
3. hehe...best, that was funny. They already tried this revolution (Nancy Regan in particular) and I'm pretty sure free speech "won" in this case. I'm not convinced cleaning up lyrics will have an impact on anything, but I don't exactly support that kind of "free speech".
4. Holy Ca-rumba, this is a joke right? Rappers do not 'heel' like dogs on a leash. And those 'ethics standards'? You mean the same US Govt' a.k.a King George and the Loyal Bushies locked in the White House basement ?
